The real meaning of Colossians 2:16 is because Paul was telling the new gentile converts that were being grafted into the common wealth of Israel, that were starting to adopt the hebrew culture of feast days, sabbaths, and new moons not to let it influence them. They were being judged and mocked by their gentile neighbors and towns people about doing these weird new traditions they didn't know anything about. They were judging them and Paul was telling them to not let them judge them on the new practices they were doing as part of the Hebrew feast days and such.

You also have the aspect of the italicized words in scripture and that those were added by the translator or publisher. They were added to keep the fluidity of the verses. When you look closely, in verse 17, that word (is), should say, don't let anyone judge you out outside the body of christ, the believers. To not let those outside the body of believers tell you how to live and exercise your faith.

Colossians 2:16 is Paul telling the new Gentile converts that were grafted into Israel to not let the Gentile neighbors judge them when they start to keep the commandments -- sabbath, feast days, new moons.
Stop twisting Paul and read Colossians 2:8. Paul was writing to encourage the early church who kept the sabbath to not obey traditions of men, which God's sabbath is not part of, so you still must keep sabbath. Read 2 Peter 3:15-17 says about twisting Paul.
